Join us for an upcoming CBI Energy and Climate Change Network event, supported by EDF Energy, with a keynote address by Richard Bruce from the Department for Transport.

With the government's Clean Growth Strategy highlighting road transport as a key focus area for tackling emissions and improving air quality, this event will provide a timely opportunity to discuss how the government and businesses can work together to achieve these goals, while maximising opportunities for economic growth across the UK.

Richard Bruce, Director of Energy, Technology and Innovation at the Department for Transport, will provide a keynote address setting out the government's plans for road transport decarbonisation based on the department's Road to Zero Strategy.

The event will also include a panel discussion with business leaders from across the transport and energy sectors, who will talk about what industry is doing to invest and innovate to reduce transport emissions.
